A Fully Engaged Community

At Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork (WSRF), we are committed to inspiring a strong culture of philanthropy and community engagement, which are essential elements in supporting a high quality, independent school education and the healthy growth of our school. The outpouring of support from parents, alumni, grandparents and friends enables us to fulfill our mission and expand our vision for the future. The support of our entire community is absolutely pivotal to our school’s ability to open our doors and meet students in the Roaring Fork Valley with an education that prepares them for life.

All cash donations to WSRF may be eligible for the Colorado Child Care Contribution Tax Credit (CCCC), giving a generous 50% of the contributed amount back to the donor. Please contact your financial advisor for more information and learn more here.

4 Key Ways to Give:

  • #1 Annual Fund:

WSRF’s most important fundraising initiative is our Annual Fund. Visit the annual fund page to learn more about how the fund provides critical support to our school.

  • #2 Spring Fundraising Effort

Each Spring, WSRF hosts a festive giving opportunity in celebration of our incredible community.  Learn more on the Spring Fundraising page about opportunities to participate, sponsors and engage.

  • #3 WSRF Endowment

WSRF has taken the next step to secure our future by embarking on an endowment campaign entitled, Imagine Inspire Ignite our Future. Now is the time to strengthen our community through a $7M endowment campaign. The endowment will provide the long-term stable revenue source necessary to fund strategic initiatives that support the head, hands, and heart of the school. Funds contributed to the Endowment give the school the flexibility and confidence to grow, innovate, and respond to strategic developments.

  • #4 Planned Giving

A planned gift is a gift that is planned now and realized at a future date. As the recipient, WSRF can receive the gift during the donor's lifetime or after the donor has passed away. Most planned gifts are made as part of a person's overall financial planning. Donors work with their financial advisors for financial and estate planning. WSRF is able to receive planned gifts and will use them to accomplish our mission! Typical planned gifts include: stocks, bequests, retirement assets, personal property, real estate and estate remainder. Please contact Community Development Administrator, Morgan Jacober to learn more.
