Heidi Cox

BlueSky Kindergarten Lead Teacher

Heidi holds a BS in Biology from Colorado Mesa University and a Waldorf teaching certificate from the Rudolf Steiner College (3 year program).  She helped to found a Waldorf School in Grand Junction, Colorado, as well as taught parent child classes. After assisting in the Kindergarten for many years she stepped into a lead teaching position at the Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork in 2019.  She most recently is enrolled in “Nurturing the Roots” a three year advance therapeutic course for Early Childhood Educators. Heidi loves working with young children and bringing Waldorf Education to families!

Heidi lives in the Roaring Fork Valley with her husband Travis and two sons Garrick and Owen.  She most enjoys spending time with her family, mountain biking and most recently scuba diving!
