At the Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork, diversity is welcomed and valued as it enriches both the curriculum and our lives. The school welcomes students of any race, color, gender, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded to the students of the school and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, gender identity, disability, national and ethnic origins in its admissions, policies, financial adjustments, or in any other of the school programs. The Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork stands with all members of the LGBTQIA community, all persons of color, black, brown, indigenous, and Asian and Pacific Islander. All are welcome members of our community.

Any complaints of unlawful discrimination shall be investigated by the school’s Business Administrator. All investigations will be conducted in accordance with Title IX investigation guidelines.

We collectively acknowledge that the Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork is located on the traditional, ancestral, and contemporary lands of Indigenous people. The campus resides on land that was cared for and called home by the Núu-agha-tʉvʉ-pʉ̱ (Ute) people. In offering this land acknowledgment, we affirm tribal sovereignty and will work to hold the Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork accountable to American Indian peoples and nations.
